Description
I am getting recurring file open errors for local files that have been opened once already.
I was not getting these in the prior version.
A screen excerpt with the error is attached.

Ok, this issue appears to be related to whether Filezilla thinks the file being reopened is already being edited or not.
If I check what local files Filezilla thinks is being edited when I encounter this issue, I am finding that it sometimes it still thinks that a local file is being edited even though I may have already closed the file via my editor (Notepad++).
So, apparently this issue is a result of a mismatch between Filezilla's local file edited status and reality. I can "Unedit" the file, but I do not think I should have to just to reopen it.
I think Filezilla used to alert with a warning in this situation. I think the warning approach with a chance to cancel is better.
