Is it possible to alter the "SYST" reply so that it doesn't report to the client that the server is FileZilla? An example of the returned string can be: 215 UNIX Type: L8 Reason for asking is to enhance security - to make it harder to figure out what the server is. I'm not sure if this has been raised before but I couldn't seem to find any. Or, have I missed out an option somewhere? - but it looks like it's hard coded into the EXE... I'm running FileZilla Server version 0.9.23 beta. |
