port number

Description
Trying to upload to my website and putting 21 in as port number,
I get the message:
"Could not parse server address:
Invalid port given. The port has to be a value from 1 to 65535"
This same message occurs regardless of what port number is used.
I note that there was a ticket about this some six years ago
but I could not see an answer.
