files with filenames beginning with a blank dont transfer

Description

I'm using 0.9.41 beta (latest available download) server

files with file-names beginning with a blank don't transfer

below is copy of log for the failed transfer of a file named
" FIL31207CPL01-FO1 006 85 3ns EO.sor",

if I change the filename to "FIL31207CPL01-FO1 006 85 3ns EO.sor" the transfer works
