FileZilla hijacked with spyware?

It appears that someone packaged FileZilla with some
spyware and posted it to Download.com. You may need to
contact thier administrators.
The version of FileZilla_2_2_8b_setup.exe being
distributed there is in a different installer than the
sourceforge copy.
Ad-Aware came up empty after installing both versions,
but I cam back to work this morning to find a ton of
spyware on my PC.

This bug report has been closed due to inactivity and has possibly
already been solved.
You can reopen this report if the issue still exists in the
latest version of FileZilla (Server).

Please only download FileZilla from the official mirros here
at SourceForge.
Download.com is an unofficial mirror, someone else did
repackage FZ together with a trojan.
I did already inform download.com but they don't react.
Please avoid download.com since they appareantly are only
after their customers money and are not interested in good
file releases.
