Allow 'untar' and 'gunzip' from filezilla client

Description
Many times I upload a .tar.gz to my site using filezilla and then I have to login with putty, cd to the correct directory and then run tar zxvf command to unzip and untar it.
Would be nice if that command could somehow be run thru filezilla (like in the right-click menu)!

This is somewhat related to #7296.
However, in this case here, it simply is not possible. FTP does not support uncompressing archives on the remote site. Another protocol like telnet or SSH is required to access the server in other ways.
