Latest Filezilla doesn't download/install properly

Description
I recommend Filezilla to people all the time. The last
two people have not been able to successfully download
and install the most recent version of filezilla. They
can download and install the next-to-last version
without trouble. Someone should check the most recent
files. I think they're messed up.

This bug report has been closed due to inactivity and has possibly
already been solved.
You can reopen this report if the issue still exists in the
latest version of FileZilla (Server).

Latest version (2.2.3) installs fine for me.
