3.3.1 unable to make connections to addresses

Description
I downloaded the new version of FZ as prompted just now. Everything installed as expected, but if I select a server via Site Manager, the address is resolved to an I.P. but the connection is not made. FZ is not hanging or crashing, it's still operable on the client side, but it will not make the connection to the remote server. I've checked access to servers by going through browser and pinging sites etc, so internet connection is good.
