Download stop randomly without any reason

Reported by: Thuillier Owned by:

Keywords: Download stops randomly Cc:
Component version: Operating system type: Windows
Operating system version: Windows XP SP3

Description

Hi,

Since the 3 last versions (3.3.0.1, 3.3.0 and 3.2.8.1), from time time, when I download from my server (Ubuntu Desktop 8.04) a list of files, the download stops without any error message and without reason. I just do a right click, then uncheck 'Traiter la file d'attente' and then recheck and the download restart until it stops again at a later time, on the same file or not. I was unable to focus a type of file, a file size or something.

I never have this problem with the 3.2.8 and previous versions.

I made a search but I didn't find the same case (I hope there is not).

What's the size of the file you're downloading? What is your timeout value set to?

Please post a log of this happening. Make sure to set program language set to English and to enable timestamps in the log.

Variable from 10 Mb to 7 Gb

Set to English : done
Enable timestamps : done
Activate logging : done

and it wasn't long before it happens again, but the log doesn't give a lot I think.
