FZ always disconnects right after file transfers

Description
FZ always disconnects right after file transfers. It should keep the connection active forever like in WS_FTP Pro.

There already is a grace period of 30 seconds or so.
Besides, on a modern server establishing a connection does not take longer than 2 seconds.
