After update FileZilla start and work. I close programm and start it again - crush. Error text on original: "Приложению не удалось запуститься, поскольку mingwm10.dll не был найден. Повторная установка приложения может исправить это проблему."
Eng: "This application has failed to start because mingwm10.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
After reinstall FileZilla starts, but only a single time.

Something on your computer is deleting that file or preventing access to it. Uninstall all those useless virus scanners and so-called security solutions and try again.
