Won't complete connection to client ftp site

Description
All the info to connect to site is verifiably correct, hoever the site kicks back the following (highlighted in bold):
Response: 220 207.57.2.35 FTP server ready
Command: USER Benning
Response: 331 Password required for Benning.
Command: PASS
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Could not connect to server

Server says it is not correct, the server is right. Contact the server administrator for the correct credentials.

password and username are verifiably correct and all other users are having no problems...I did not expereince problems until the software updated to the new version on yesterday
