FTPES LIST fails

Description

Filezilla 3.1.0.1 and 3.1.1.1 (Windows XP)
fails with LIST command using FTPES - FTP over explicit TLS/SSL, Logon Type normal, Passiv Mode

Directory creation succeeds

lftp and FireFTP (Firefox 3.0 AddOn) work fine on same Server

Trace: GnuTLS error -9: A TLS packet with unexpected length was received.
