Cannot convert from the charset 'windows-1258'

Description
Hi ,
I install Filezilla 3.0.7.1 on both Windows Vista and XP.
But when I start Filezilla, it reports that "Cannot convert from the charset 'windows-1258'" on 2 OSs.

'windows-1258' is the codepage for Vietnamese. Looks like your system is configured to use it.
Open Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options. Go to the Advanced tab. Make sure the 1258 codepage is installed.
