Store option files in the install directory -stay portable

Description
Let me change the Path to the XML option files. It's ok that FileZilla stores the settings in "Program Files\" on Vista. But for all others, who want to carry their FileZilla Client on a USB stick or an extern harddisk, it isn't very useful.
Please insert an option to the FZ installation, to let the user decide, whether the options are stored in the install directory, ore not.
