Passive mode IP and DHCP

Description
Currently (2.2.24b), if I instruct FileZilla to use an
IP adress (for passive mode) it is stuck until I
remember to alter it.
Could it be an option that passive mode IP adress is
obtained when the box in question receives its IP from
DHCP server.
