Add ability to use mapped directories/drives

Description

The one thing I like about Serv-U ftp server is that it
can use both physical drives and mapped logical drives.

I'd like to request that mapped drives & shared

folders can be used in a future release. This is
because not everyone has all the files they want on the
FTP server machine, but they might be on a different
machine that the admin gets to via a mapped drive or
shared directory.

FileZilla Server should be able to use mapped drives. You
might have to configure your system. Search the forums at
​http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/forum for instructions.

Sharing mapped network driver should work, see #2455. For sharing UNC paths directly without them being mapped to drive letters, see e.g. #2077.
