Garbage text on final installer step.

Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Run the installer for v2.1.3a.
2) Choose English.
3) Do not choose the insecure mode.
The attached form is displayed, note the unreadable text
above "Setup was completed successfully.
Environment: Windows 2K SP3.

The problem is caused by missing strings in the NSIS
installer language files.
This problem will be fixed in the next version.
