Synchronizing views

Description
It would be useful to have a feature to for Filezilla
to note which files in the local folder and its
subfolders are not on the remote server or are newer
than the remote server copy and then upload just these
files, overwriting as necessary.
If I update my website locally, I want the changes to
appear on the remote server. Sometimes however, I make
changes on the remote server and then need them in my
local copy later so that I am hacking on the most
up-to-date version.. Therefore the synchronization
needs to work both ways.
