fix PASV ip

Description
fixing bad (LAN) passive mode ips as a per site setting.
Because only some sites makes bad pasv answers.
Filezilla should replace the given pasv ip with the
serversip.
This should only be an option, since this "bad" ips are
needed for fxp, which should also be implemented ;)

FileZilla 3 (beta) has a global setting to use a server's external IP address in case it replies with its local address (when using passive mode).

Yap, I just wanted to post the same issue. For the time
being, I fixed the source for myself, but adding an option
to the Advanced Site Settings dialog of the Site Manager
would be a great thing :-).
