Remember GUI settings

As someone who rather uses a directory-view instead of
a treeview I would really appreciate it if FileZilla
could remember the last setting. It is quite a hassle
to click on "Show/Hide local treeview" each time I fire
up FileZilla.
I would guess that this should also be applied to the
remote treeview.

Another thing concerns the size of those three parts of
the GUI.
Whilst the message log most seems to be far to huge to
me, directory listing are far to small. And as
FileZilla does not remember changes I made to the
arrangement I am forced to resize them every time.
As within the above point this should be stored when
closing the program as well.
