user- or directory-size limits

a good feature would be to be able to set a per-user or
(more preferably) per-directory size limit, so that say I
have a user that i don't want his home directory to grow
any larger than a certain number of bytes. or say if I
have a directory called /incoming where any user can
upload, but i dont want it to be able to get any bigger
than a certain size.

yes i find it's a good feature too, because it's one of the first
thing i look for in a ftp server...

i move this, too. it is a necessarity if you provide space for
more and/or unknown people.
