Remote Refresh (Manual)

Description
It was suggested that I take these suggestions which I
wrote out in the public forums, and put them up
individually in the Tracker. So, here I go - 9 feature
requests, all individually posted.
#7 - Does the remote pane allow manual refresh? It
seems to flash but I'm not sure it's refreshing. (Updates
done via other means don't always appear without
disconnect and reconnect.)

There is a refresh button in the toolbar of FileZilla 3 (beta) which will refresh the local and remote directory list.
