file exists option: Overwrite if different size

While downloading .avi files from a fellow machine, I
sometimes get corrupted downloads. In that case I have
to individually select each file and tell it to overwrite.

As the program can check the time stamps and knows
the size of the file, I would find it useful if it would be
able to compare the two files for a size difference and
than use that for the basis of whether or not to make
another attempt.This way I could just download the
directory again.

This is on a campus network. The files may end up
corrupted due to disk space usage and the programs
used to free up some space.
