Support for public key authentication

Description
Support for public key authentication for SFTP
connections.
It would also be nice to have the ability to pull those
keys from a key agent such as Pageant
(http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/).

The SFTP part of FileZilla is derived from PuTTY. Because of
this it is fully compatible with Pageant.
