Description

I made a Simplified Chinese translation.
Here it is.
Wish it to be seen in next release.
And a suggest that the file name of Traditional Chinese
version be changed to "FzResCht.dll".

Thanks for the translation.
Can you please also translate fz_simpchinese.nsh in the
source\install folder?
