Remote directory tree cannot display Chinese word correctly

Description
Version: 3.0.4.1
After db-clicked on the directory in Chinese, it will became chaos word. Following is the log:
Command: CWD /其他æŒæ‰‹ç»å…¸ä¸“辑交æµ/
Response: 250 Directory changed to /ÆäËû¸èÊ־µäר¼Â½»Ã÷
