Description
When dragging and dropping from FileZilla client into Windows explorer, the operation fails with the following message:
"Could not determine the target of the Drag&Drop operation. Either the shell extension is not installed properly or you didn't drop the files into an Explorer window."
Just installed this version, and problem happened on first attempt. Shell extension was selected for install. Using WinXP SP2.

One more note - an empty folder is created in the destination location labeled "fz3-" (14 total asterisks refer to numbers, possibly based on time stamp).
