Description
Resume causes percentage bar reaches 100% so fast, even upload is not finished

FileZilla 3 updates the percentage bar as soon as data has been given to the OS for sending. This is called send buffering. As a result, small files seem to make the progress bar hit the 100% immediately, even though the transfer is not yet complete. This is a minor visual issue which isn't easy to fix and therefor won't be fixed.
