#13039 new Bug report

Error saving / loading queue popup window, each time I open or close FileZilla

Reported by: Bob M Owned by:
Priority: normal Component: FileZilla Client
Keywords: error saving queue Cc: Bob M
Component version: 3.66.4 Operating system type: OS X
Operating system version: MacOS Sonoma 14.1.2

Description

Each time I close FileZilla, I get a pop-up window titled: Error saving queue - with the following text

an error occurred saving the transfer queue to "Users/bob454/.config/filezilla/queue.sqlite3".
Some queue items might not have been saved.

Each time I open fileZilla, I get a pop-up window titled: Error loading queue - with the following text

An error occurred loading the transfer queue from "Users/bob454/.config/filezilla/queue.sqlite3".

That settings directory does not appear to exist on my computer.

This error started some versions ago in 2023. This popup window has to be manually closed each time I open or attempt to close. If I try to reboot my mac while FileZilla is running this popup will halt the restart process.

I was running a 2018 Mac Mini (with intel processor), with previous Mac OS, when this error started.

I am now running a Mac Studio (with Apple silicon) on OS Sonoma v 14.1.2

This error occurs if I run FileZilla from the downloads folder (where the FileZilla downloader puts it or after I manually move it to the top level applications folder.

The following is from the About FileZilla window:
