I am using 3.66.4 and am getting the same error message. I recently installed Filezilla and imported my site connections from my older computer and the newer computer gets this error message.

Looks like the file in question has become damaged. If you don't mind losing any remaining content (just the transfer queue), you can safely delete it and it will be re-created automatically.

I used the edit/clear private data option to clear the queue but it did not fix the problem. If there is a queue file somewhere on my system, I can't find it.
