Remote connection with Server Interface doesn't work

Description
If you try to connect to a remote FileZilla Server for administer it with another Server Interface from lan or public IP address, the interface doesn't connect. It connect only from localhost, 127.0.0.1 or local IP of the server.
I use the latest version 0.9.23

You need to bind the admin interface port for the right local ip address and have to allow connections from the specified remote addresses. In addition, you have to assign a password.
