FileZilla forgets that you told it to Resume when retrying

Description
FileZilla 2.2.30
When continuing an upload, if there is a transfer error,
FileZilla forgets that you already told it to Resume, and
hangs at a prompt asking you again, until you come back
(perhaps hours later) to find it hung waiting to be told
again to Resume :(

Which version fixes this?
2.2.32 or 3.0.0-beta10?
I guessed 3.0.0-beta10, because I checked the release notes for 2.2.31 and 2.2.32, and this wasn't mentioned.
So I am trying to upgrade to 3.0.0-beta10, but configuring sites doesn't seem to work as before. I'm not sure whether I should post that as a bug or not, so I guess I will as a guess.
