recurrent disconnections with BigSur

Description
Since I use the version with BigSur I have problems with recurrent disconnections and slowness on all uploads/downloads. (no problem with the Windows version)
The program is unusable with these problems.

protocol FTP
from memory : "disconnected from server, try to connect" -> and this message appear several times.
I tested just now to have the exact log but I not reproduce the problem.

What does it say in the message log of FileZilla?
