Can't open old 32bit client but need to import site details

I've been using FZ for years and updating the client every time it notifies me. Recently, I upgraded my mac os to catalina and found I was unable to open the FZ client (apparently an issue with the 32 bit version).
So, I downloaded a new version of FZ which is seemingly the 64bit. And it works just as I would expect it to (very well, btw!).

My problem is that years and years of site details exist in the old version and I don't know how to access the xml file to import them into the new client. Is there a way I can do this without being able to open the old app?
