Cannot drag and drop in the site panel with 3.37.3

Description
Hi,
On the site panel, I have a "sent" directory into I drag and drop files that have been transferred.
When I try with V 3.37.3, the files are not moved.

Please describe in detail where you are dragging from and where you are dragging to.

On the left, I have the local site panel, where I have a directory named "sent", and the files I am transferring to remote site panel on the right.
Once the transfers are done, I select all the transferred files on the left local site panel and drop them on the "sent" directory.
Nothing happens with the last release, they are not moved to the sent directory.
The drag and drop is strictly local.

Drag and drop files on the local site to a subfolder of the local site fails.
Drag and drop flies on the remote site to a subfolder of the remote site succeeds.
This fails regardless if the local path is a UNC path or a local drive.

I meant the local site panel. but I can't change the title.
