Request connection to an IP address but gets a different IP

Description

Request connection to an IP address but gets a different IP.
Try to connect to 192.168.43.186 but connects to 192.168.43.173 instead.
The computer I am using is a windows 10. The ones I am connecting to are embedded Linux machines.
