Focused item is not scrolled to view on navigation into browsing components

Description
The item selected last in file or directory tree browser (both local and remote) is not scrolled to view, when the file or directory tree browser is navigated into via tabbing despite the item gaining focus due to the navigation.
Inconsistent with behaviour when navigating in the browser; moving in directory structure or file browser with arrow keys keeps the selected item in view.
