problems with characters åäö

Description
The characters åäö (latin1/sv_SE) isn't displayed
correctly using Flashfxp (and I bet many other clients
aswell).
They are displayed correctly using the FileZilla
Client thought.
Flashfxp is a client many people use, and for that
reason I think it should be supported by the FileZilla
Server to display non-US characters correctly. Even
the ones that doesn't support RFC 2640.

Please use an UTF-8 aware client or don't use non-US-English
characters at all. Everything else is not covered by the FTP
specifications.
