Hi! I recommend reviewing the Network Configuration page on the wiki. If that does not answer your question you can search the FileZilla Server support forum for existing posts that may help solve the problem.
After reviewing the wiki and existing posts on the forum, if you're still experiencing problems please read the forum guidelines and then request help on the forum! Include information about what you've already tried to do to resolve the problem on your own, what version of FileZilla Server you're using, your network setup, whether this error occurred immediately after running FileZilla Server for the first time or if this just started, et cetera. =)
