Error message upon start in recent VCS checkouts, apparently associated with core dumps

Description
Recent VCS versions of FileZilla client show a warning message right upon start which seems to be associated with crashes / core dumps that sporadically take place after establishing connections.
Both the error message and traces of the crash are attached to this report. Debug symbols were disabled, let me know if this isn't enough.
The message is the same when wxWidgets are compiled against GTK 3 or 2.
The crashes were seen under GTK 2 only so far which may or may not be by incident.
Seen compiling 8034 against wxWidgets from current master on Arch Linux x86_64.

Please use the WX_3_0_BRANCH branch of wxWidgets, master is an unstable development version of wxWidgets and not meant for production.
