connecting problem

Description

Response: 220 ipage FTP Server Ready
Command: USER ftp.xxxxxx.com
Response: 331 Password required for ftp.farukpro.com
Command: PASS
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

though user id and password correct but i couldn't connect ftp server.should I left filezillia?

The used server isn't FileZilla Server.
