Problem after Windows 10 Version 1607 update

Description
We have several computers that use FileZilla to transmit files via FTP to different sites. After the Windows 10 version update, we cannot connect to this one site. The computers that have not had the Version 1607 update applied, can still transmit to the site. Is it something at the other end or what.
I have attached the log file and the about information is also in the log file.

The server isn't configured correctly for passive mode. The client isn't configured correctly for active mode. As result, transferring files just isn't possible.
