User is not being redirected on connect

Description

On a W2K-IIS-FTP server there one home directory per
site. If there is a (virtual) directory whith the
user's name the user is normally being redirected
there on an FTP connect.

When I connect whith FileZilla I am in the root
directory not in my home directory.

When connecting to the server, FileZilla first get's the
directory name using the PWD command after the logon.
Before changing to any other folder, PWD returns the home
directory. This folder will be displayed by FileZilla, if
it's not told otherwise (default remote directory for
sitemanager entry)
