FileZilla Server doesn't save settings when installed to path with international characters

Description
I have FileZilla Server 0.9.56.1 installed to
D:\Programy pozostałe\FileZilla Server\
After changing settings with Interface, they aren't saved in
D:\Programy pozostałe\FileZilla Server\FileZilla Server.xml
but insted they are saved in file
D:\Programy pozosta
But they still aren't loaded at startup
