Description
I installed FileZilla client 3.14.1 on my Windows 10 pc but it won't open. Task manager says it's running.

This happens if there's a third-party shell extension installed that's incompatible with Windows 10. These shell extensions can deadlock on initialization.
Please uninstall all third-party shell extensions. If in doubt, perform a fresh Windows installation without keeping any old programs.
