Unable to connect to Bluehost

Description
I have the following ftp account on BlueHost
name guest@…
url sftp://ftp.arkfriends.net
When I try to login using 3.11.0.1 the ftp communication fails at the line
open "guest@…@ftp.arkfriends.net" 22
with a time out error
The interactive login also fails.

Could there be a firewall blocking the fzsftp.exe process?
