Description
Since updates from last few months FileZilla has been unable to connect to my web page
The Web page providers acknowledge that other FileZilla customers are experiencing the same problem and suggest I move to CuteFTP.
Are you aware of any problems connecting to these guys?
The web site information is WebCity, They are in Parramatta

Most likely your server advertises support for explicit FTP over TLS while not actually supporting FTP over TLS, e.g. due to a broken firewall.
Contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for assistance to have the server's FTP over TLS support fixed.
