Site Manager dropdown list of sits to connect to doesn't scroll

Description
Site Manager dropdown list of sits to connect to doesn't scroll nor does it expand sideways into multiple columns. it doesn't fit vertically on my 1440x900 screen.
the menu has some sort of disabled control at the top. but I cannot view or select any of the bottom 7 or so items at the bottom of the list. they are not visible and cannot be reached.
