Don't ask again about trusting certs when port numbers changes — at Initial Version

Description
I often use FileZilla to connect to FTP services that frequently change their port numbers, so it's a little annoying to have to agree to the certificates each time the port changes.
In the future, could there be an option to consider certificates valid as long as the host remains the same?
